Revolutions

Forum Meyrin is organising, in collaboration with Magnum Photos, an exposition on the the Revolutions which includes photos and video footage of some of the social, economical and moral revolutions that have shaken the world during the XX century.

Magnum photos was founded in 1947 by Henri Cartier-Bresson, Robert Capa, George Rodger and David Seymour, 4 photographers convinced of the power that photographic image has in causing a strong impact on the viewers.

This exposition includes photos from the revolutions in Iran 1979 / Cuba 1958 / Nepal 2007 / Spain 1936 / Portugal 1974 / Prague 1968 and Nicaragua 1981.
