Donjon Zénith

Je suis en train de re-lire la saga Donjon Zénith de Lewis Trondheim et Joann Sfar. J'ai acheté mon premier album de cette série en 2002 et depuis je suis devenu un lecteur fidèle de Trondheim. C'est son humour simple mais déconcertant qui me captive. Cette deuxième lecture m'a apporté quelques moments de bonheur et j'ai pensé qu'il serait une bonne idée de les partager avec vous.

L’univers Donjon a été créée en 1998 par ces deux dessinateurs. À eux deux, ils ont signés plus de 250 albums. Un travail en commun ne pouvait que créer une réaction nucléaire: une aventure titanesque qui dure maintenant depuis 10 ans. En 1998, travaillant dans le même atelier, Joann Sfar et Lewis Trondheim se lancent un défi : imaginer une série d’Heroic Fantasy qui n’en soit pas vraiment une.

La série se décline désormais en trois époques : naissance (Donjon Potron-Minet), l’apogée (Donjon Zénith) et la chute (Donjon Crépuscule). À cela s’ajoutent des histoires indépendantes (Donjon Monsters) et humoristiques (Donjon Parade).

Je n'ai lu que deux séries: Zénith et Donjon Parade mais je les recommande vivement !

I know, I know... a bit too early for weekend suggestions.... anyway, here is my suggestion for your weekend in Geneva. 

To celebrate its 15th anniversary, Théatre de l'Usine is proposing four nights of short theatre plays where they ask the artists to explore the theme "liberty".

Theatre de l'Usine is one of the most interesting venues of the alternative scene in Geneva, a place where independent artists have been showing their creations for 15 years. The ambiance is relaxed and the evening often starts in the bar around a glass of wine.

If you haven't been there, now is the opportunity: the entrance is free, the place is Theatre de l'Usine from Thursday, 04 December 2008 to Sunday, 07 December at 20h00, Sunday at 19h00.
